INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
We see education as a potent tool in uplifting the lives of the Filipinos. We see it as
a great equalizer as it provides opportunities to the underprivileged and the vulnerable sectors so
they can have a better life. Our programs are designed to provide as many Filipinos as possible
access to quality education.
- National Scholarship Program -- We provide scholarships to deserving students who are
unable
to continue formal education due to financial difficulties. Since 2001, CLFI has partnered with
25 leading state colleges and universities nationwide. We have produced 1,023 scholars who
graduated in college.
- Alternative Learning System -- In partnership with the Department of Education, CLFI
equips the Alternative Learning System (ALS) nationwide with information and communications
technology learning tools to provide opportunities for out-of-school youth and adult learners to
complete basic literacy, all the way up to Junior High School level. As of December 2024, we
have supported 182 ALS Community Learning Centers nationwide. From 2014, we have covered 61,166
ALS learners.
