Thirty-seven Alternative Learning System (ALS) learners from Infanta Central School in Infanta, Quezon, awaited the launch of their new ALS Community Learning Center for a chance at a better life through second-chance education.

Together with the Department of Education officers, Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation (CLFI) led by its Executive Director Jonathan Batangan attended the inauguration of their 129th-supported ALS Center.

CLFI donated learning tools and devices, including laptops, printers, LED TVs, Wi-FI routers, and load cards which are much-needed for the teachers and students to keep up with the demands of the digitization of education.

The event was graced by the following DepEd officials:

  • Francisco Oblea, DepEd Quezon Province (Infanta) Public Schools District Supervisor
