  1. S-ELF CARE. Try to de-stress and take care of your physical, emotional and psychological self. Hindi pwedeng puro digital self lang.
  2. T-URN AWAY from using your technological devices all the time. Limit and measure how much time you’re spending.
  3. O-PTIONS. Look for other options that will boost your well-being. Explore other hobbies and interests.
  4. P-AUSE. Take a powerful pause. Experience the here and now. Be present.
